Public Infrastructure

The RS&H Public Infrastructure Program provides a full range of planning, architectural, engineering and construction administration services to local governmental and quasigovernmental agencies through its Bridge Design, Roadways, Community Design, Planning, Program Management, Environmental Management and Water Resources Service Groups. The RS&H Public Infrastructure Program broadens the customary definition of infrastructure from roads, water, storm water, wastewater and sanitary systems to include such facilities as parks and public buildings.

Often, many public infrastructure projects have a broad scope, as a result, RS&H has pulled together a skilled staff that includes architects, landscape architects and urban planners, as well as general civil, transportation, bridge, traffic, water resources, utilities, structural, environmental, mechanical and electrical engineers to insure every aspect of the project is addressed.

RS&H also provides comprehensive financial and economic planning services, necessary for evaluating funding options and determining the most equitable distribution of costs to those benefiting from a particular project.
