RS&H Hires John Hallisey as General Counsel
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Nov. 16, 2016 – RS&H, one of the leading architecture, engineering and consulting firms in the nation, has named John Hallisey as its new General Counsel.

Hallisey comes to RS&H with more than 20 years of experience serving as a trial lawyer, structural engineer and general counsel at both privately held and publicly traded companies. A graduate of Western New England University’s School of Law, Hallisey has managed legal matters for The Hartford Financial Services Group, WRS Infrastructure and Environment, and Hallisey Engineering Associates. Hallisey also earned bachelor’s degrees in engineering and physics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the College of the Holy Cross, respectively.

Hallisey takes over the position from Ken Jacobson, who retired in October.
