RS&H is committed to creating a connected future where everyone can thrive. Our core values drive our efforts to cultivate an equitable environment focused on ensuring a culture of belonging. With diverse voices, RS&H can continue to develop the creative and forward-thinking solutions necessary to solve some of the biggest challenges for communities throughout the world. We welcome people to come as they are and uplift each other to succeed today, tomorrow, and every day into the future.
RS&H’s employee resource groups (ERGs) are forums for our employee owners to contribute to the firm’s efforts to build and maintain an inclusive workplace. These voluntary, associate-led groups create integrated approaches for supporting education, awareness, professional development, networking, industry advancement, and community involvement. We currently have three active ERGs: Built, Ignite, and Prism. Contact us to learn more.
BUILT strives to increase the visibility of the Black community at all levels across RS&H and supports recruiting and retention while cultivating advancement opportunities for Black associates.
Ignite advocates for the advancement of women while fostering an environment that allows women to connect and create developmental opportunities.
PRISM aims to create an open and safe space for LGBTQ+ associates and allies to meet, share, educate and support RS&H initiatives.
Supplier diversity is an important part of how we do business. We have a long history of award-winning partnerships with small, minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned and other diverse businesses, including formal mentor-protégé programs.
From supporting organizations that build ramps for people with disabilities to helping children in STEM, our Elevate Fund helps build a better tomorrow for the diverse communities where we live and work.
Our Scholars Program was born from strategic partnerships with American Institute of Architects, National Organization of Minority Architects, National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, Women’s Transportation Seminar, and more.
Each of these organizations aim to advance underrepresented groups in STEM education and the AEC industry.
