Hicham Abdessamad

Hicham Abdessamad has newly joined RS&H’s Board of Directors in 2023. Since 2021, Mr. Abdessamad has served as Chairman and CEO of Hitachi America, Ltd, where he is responsible for oversight and coordination of all U.S.-based Hitachi group companies across 37 states with consolidated revenues of nearly $14 billion. Prior to his current role, he held multiple senior executive roles within Hitachi, including CEO of Hitachi Global Digital Holdings, President and CEO of Hitachi Consulting and Deputy General Manager of Hitachi’s Social Innovation Business Division. Hicham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Suffolk University, Massachusetts, and has completed the Executive Development Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and the Executive Leadership Program at the International Institute of Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.
