James Hullett, Jr.

As the Executive Vice President of Business Growth Strategy, Jim is responsible for working with our Strategy and Operations Business Unit leaders to identify, analyze, and accelerate business growth opportunities in markets, services, and geographies. After most recently serving as RS&H’s National Leader for Transportation-Infrastructure, Jim boasts almost 35 years of experience in the transportation industry, having split his career in both the public and private sectors. During his 20-year tenure at RS&H, Jim has held several key leadership roles, proving instrumental in RS&H’s growth and expansion, capturing quality sales, leading highly effective teams, developing next-level leaders, and recruiting top talent.  Over the years, Jim has been actively involved in professional organizations, such as ACEC, ARTBA, AASHTO, ASHE, DBIA and IBTTA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University.
