Lizanne Thomas
Board Member
Lizanne Thomas joined RS&H’s Board of Directors in 2022. Lizanne is a Fellow of the American College of Governance Lawyers and has served as a partner at global law firm Jones Day since 1990. She currently leads the firm’s global corporate governance practice as well as Jones Day’s Southern region. Based in Atlanta, she has served on boards of directors for national and international companies in the banking, software, and restaurant industries. She is also a Trustee of the Georgia Research Alliance, Washington & Lee University, and The Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta. She earned her law degree from Washington & Lee and her bachelor’s degree from Furman University. As part of our Board of Directors, Lizanne will help RS&H continue our positive momentum and support our commitment to a strong corporate culture of care.
