RS&H serves as the prime Program Management Consultant for construction engineering services on the Michigan Department of Transportation’s multi-year Bridge Bundling Program.

The Lesner Bridge is arguably Virginia Beach's signature bridge and boasts an average annual daily traffic (AADT) count of over 20,000 vehicles. The City of Virginia Beach set a goal to produce a bridge with a 100-year lifespan that incorporated new aesthetics and safety measures.

RS&H provided a constructability assessment, Construction Time Determination (CTD) schedule, and Independent Cost Estimate (ICE) for this large urban project involving the construction of an 8 mi. extension to the NYCTA system.
RS&H is providing CEI Services for the I-26 Widening project which consists of approximately 9.1 miles of improvements to I-26 from just north of US 64 to just south of NC 280 and ties into the I-26 project to the north.
RS&H has been performing bridge scoping and repair recommendations, routine bridge safety inspection, and in-depth bridge safety inspection across five Regions for MDOT since 2019.
