RS&H serves as the prime Program Management Consultant for construction engineering services on the Michigan Department of Transportation’s multi-year Bridge Bundling Program.
RS&H is working with the Florida Department of Transportation to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities to flooding along the corridor and develop concepts to ensure the continuation of service following a flooding event now and in the future.
With RS&H’s support, the TPO has documented 112 million gasoline gallons equivalent (GGE) displacement and over 141,000 tons of GHG emissions – equivalent to the annual emissions of over 30,000 passenger vehicles and $48,000,000 in health benefits.

The Lesner Bridge is arguably Virginia Beach's signature bridge and boasts an average annual daily traffic (AADT) count of over 20,000 vehicles. The City of Virginia Beach set a goal to produce a bridge with a 100-year lifespan that incorporated new aesthetics and safety measures.
RS&H is currently providing routine bridge and culvert inspection and load rating for NCDOT on a statewide basis.
RS&H provided overall project management and coordination and field inspection of the Skyway guideway.
Improvements of US 20 BR West State Street consisted of a new four-lane roadway with two lanes in each direction separated by a 22-foot wide landscaped median and features a curb-and-gutter design and an enclosed drainage system.
