RS&H is completing the I-10 Rest Area Improvements project for FDOT District Two. The I-10 Suwannee and Columbia County rest areas near the county line are being demolished and replaced. These rest areas involve new construction of buildings, outbuildings, picnic pavilions, and concrete pavement to provide increased vehicular and heavy truck parking capacities. In addition, these projects included hardscape, lighting, water/sewer utility, and ITS improvements complete with a truck parking availability system (TPAS).
