RS&H’s Aviation Practice has hired Jim Pangburn, PE, PSP, as its Security and Technology Solutions Leader.
Pangburn will lead the practice’s security and low voltage/special systems efforts within the Aviation Buildings Service Group, reporting to Aviation Architecture Vice President Roddy Boggus.
“Jim coming to RS&H gives us immediate, premiere playing power in the assessment, design and commissioning of low voltage, security, and communications systems across the aviation industry,” Boggus said.
Pangburn has 26 years of experience as a security and communications systems consultant and most recently worked for Jacobs Engineering Group and Big Sky Incorporated. He is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia, Georgia and Maryland.
His work portfolio includes projects at major aviation facilities throughout the U.S. and around the world, including Atlanta, San Juan, Dulles, and Ronald Reagan airports. Pangburn also holds a Department of Defense Top Secret Security Clearance and is a registered Physical Security Professional.

Pangburn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electronic engineering technology from Regents College, a member of the University of the State of New York.
