RS&H Welcomes Madhuri Rao as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller
[Dallas, Texas] RS&H is pleased to announce that Madhuri Rao has joined the national architecture, engineering and consulting firm as senior vice president and corporate controller.
In her new role with RS&H, Rao will oversee all aspects of the company’s accounting, shared service, treasury, financial reporting and regulatory compliance functions and serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team.
“Madhuri’s deep technical accounting knowledge, her commitment to continuous improvement and developing best-in-class accounting and shared service teams across the globe combined with her experience in our industry and those we consult in provides a unique experience to help guide RS&H through our continued expansion,” said Chief Financial Officer Amy Davis. “She is a proven leader and collaborator, and we are thrilled she has joined RS&H at an exciting time in our growth journey.”
A Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant from India, Rao has over 25 years of leadership experience in accounting and audit. Rao developed a deep technical knowledge serving entrepreneurial audit clients in various industries at PwC and EY. Her roles at large global public companies, including Fluor, Celanese, and Nortel, gave Rao the opportunity to continue developing her knowledge of global accounting processes, project managing system implementations and building technical accounting expertise while working on merger and acquisitions, treasury, joint ventures and other strategic initiatives.
